Indications Coaxil

How to take Coaxil
According to medical prescription. Usual dosage is 3 tablets per day, 1 tablet morning, noon and evening, before meals. In people older than 70 years and in case of kidney failure, the dosage can be reduced to 2 tablets per day.

Contraindications Coaxil
Coaxil can not be used when: pregnancy and lactation, for children under 15 years and in combination with MAOIs.

Precautions Coaxil
If is the case of a general anesthesia is recommended to prevent the anesthesiologist and stop the treatment with 24 or 48 hours before surgery. Can not stop abruptly, diminishes posology for 7 -14 days.

Drug Interactions
Inform your doctor if you are taking another medicine. It has effects on ability to drive vehicles or use other machines. In some patients can show a decrease in alertness. Drowsiness may occur to drivers of vehicles or other machines.

Adverse reactions Coaxil
Coaxil can have more or less embarrassing effects: abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation, dry mouth, loss of appetite, insomnia, drowsiness, fatigue, palpitations, headache, vertigo, dizziness, respiratory discomfort, muscle or joint pain.

Coaxil

Coaxil is also listed under brand names such as Stablon, Tatinol and Tianeurax. This medication is used to treat mild, moderate or severe forms of major depressive episodes. These episodes can be determined with symptoms such as extreme depressed mood and loss of interest in regular day to day activities but also include feelings like sadness, emptiness, worthlessness, guilt, irritability and anxiety. Other symptoms of major depressive episodes include troubles sleeping, issues with concentration, troubles remembering details and appetite problems.

Coaxil is an antidepressant which is related to amineptine chemically. Amineptine is associated with the brand names of Provector, Meneon, Viaspera, Neolior and Directim. Coaxil’s generic name is called Tianeptinum.

This medication works as the total opposite to other anti-depressants known as SSRI, or Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors. Coaxil works by increasing the levels of serotonin uptake within the brain.

There are some side effects with Coaxil. These side effects are normally mild as well as temporary but if they do not go away or they become more serious, you will want to let your doctor know right away. These side effects include headache, dizziness, insomnia, nausea, anxiety, abdominal pain, dry mouth, constipation and agitation. There are other side effects that are not as common or are rare. These include bitter taste, gas, blurred vision, tremors, hot flashes, skin rash and overall fatigue.

Coaxil does come with some warnings and precautions you should be aware of before you start taking the medication. You will need to seek emergency medical attention if you are experiencing an allergic reaction. An allergic reaction will produce symptoms such as hives, troubles with breathing, skin rashes, tightness in the chest and troubles with swallowing.

Also, you will need to be sure that your doctor is aware of certain things before you start taking this medication. This includes things such as if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant or are breastfeeding, have anything that you are allergic to, a list of all your medical conditions, illnesses and disorders and any medication you are taking including prescription, over-the-counter, vitamins, minerals and supplements.

In the event of an overdose, you will need to seek emergency medical attention or contact your local poison control center.

If you happen to miss a doss of the medication, it is important that you take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to the scheduled time of your next dose, you want to be sure that you skip taking the dose that you missed and return to your regular schedule.
