Antagonized by tamoxifen, estrogens; do not give concomitantly.

Asthenia, GI disturbances, headache, hot flashes, pain, hypertension, dyspnea, dizziness, rash, fractures, peripheral edema, insomnia, depression, vaginal bleeding, cough, joint pain/stiffness, hypercholesterolemia.
